14 Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Take Note Magazine’s Boutique.  We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items quickly and easily.

Policy is simple:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund minus shipping and handling.
All items must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (when possible), unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free with original tags attached to ensure credit.
Our standard return policy does not apply to all merchandise. All sales are final on sale items, jewelry, accessories and gift certificates.

Process is easy:
1. Print and complete the RETURN FORM.
2. Pack your items for shipment (in the original package if possible.)
3. Attach the pre-addressed return label to the outside of your package. Be sure to include your order number on the label.
4. Send us the RETURN FORM and the items you would like to return.

EXCHANGES?
Take Note Magazine’s Boutique carries limited inventory, therefore we are unable to process exchanges. If you’d like to return your merchandise for an alternate size, color, or for a new item entirely, call a Customer Service Specialist at (312) 804-1493.  If your requested item is in stock, we will be happy to place and ship your new order immediately. Then within 14 days of ship date, return the original item using our RETURN FORM.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item contact a Customer Service Specialist within 7 days of shipping at (312) 804-1493 to assist you with your return. If upon inspection by Take Note Magazine.com, an item is deemed defective or wrong item shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method. If you do not contact Customer Service within 7 days, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

If there is extensive damage to the packaging upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at (312) 804-1493. Please have your order number available when you call.

What else do I need to know about RETURNS?
Please remember you are responsible for all return shipping charges. To protect your items against loss or damage during shipping, we recommended sending your package with insurance. Once your return is processed, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please note it may take 10-14 days to process your return. All refunds will be processed to the same payment method as your original order. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.

Make Note:  Returns are only for Take Note Magazine’s Boutique.  Take Note Magazine is not responsible to give returns from the ‘sell/swap’ section of the magazine.  You will need to contact the member you negotiated the sell or swap.
